NOVELTY - Method for preparing full solid sodium ion battery involves depositing a sodium metal negative electrode on a metal foil surface by physical vapor deposition. Polymer, sodium salt, binder and water are mixed to obtain a mixed solution, where the mixed solution is cast on a plate and vacuum drying to obtain a film-shaped solid electrolyte. The positive electrode is the active material containing sodium ion. The conductive agent is acetylene carbon black, kurqin black, carbon nano tube, carbon nano-fiber and graphene. The adhesive is sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, polyvinylidene fluoride, polytetrafluoroethylene, fluorinated rubber, polyurethane, polyacrylic acid, sodium polyacrylate, polyvinyl alcohol, alginic acid, sodium alginate and styrene-butadiene rubber. The solvent is at least one of N-methyl pyrrolidone, dimethyl formamide and dimethyl sulfoxide solvent. USE - Method for preparing a full solid sodium ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The method enables realizing easy industrial production, preparing the full solid sodium ion battery with excellent cycle performance, energy density and power density, improving safety, and ensuring better market application prospect.
