▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for determining exonuclease activity involves reacting a sample containing exonuclease and double-stranded DNA labeled with an electrochemical redox label, contacting the reaction product of the sample with double stranded DNA with a graphene electrode, and measuring a reducing peak current of the electrochemical redox label through the graphene electrode to detect exonuclease activity. USE - The method is used for determining exonuclease activity. ADVANTAGE - The method determines exonuclease activity with high sensitivity.
