NOVELTY - Preparing carbon strips for pantograph carbon slides, comprises (1) grounding 75 pts. wt. calcined product powder, 15 pts. wt. pitch coke, and modified solid pitch to a particle size of 200 mesh, (2) placing the calcined product powder and pitch coke into the kneading pot for 2.5 hours of dry mixing to obtain the first mixture material, the second mixture material, powdery material, granular material and viscous mixture material, where the kneading temperature is 190-200℃, (3) proportioning and adding graphene material proportioning and blank making, (4) adding the viscous mixture into a vertical hydraulic press for pre-pressing at a pressure of 4.5Mpa and temperature of 90-100℃ for 3.5 seconds, (5) cooling the green body to room temperature, calcining at 1200℃ for 200 hours, when the belt furnace temperature is less than 400℃ taking out of the furnace, and (6) performing quality inspection to the prepared carbon bar by measuring instrument. USE - The method is useful for preparing carbon strips for pantograph carbon slides. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the impact toughness of the carbon sliding plate, wear resistance of the carbon skateboard and reliability of the carbon skateboard, saves the production cost, and there is no increase in the wear of the contact line with the carbon slide.
