NOVELTY - Polyurethane heat-insulating plate comprises polyether and modified isocyanate, where combination polyether comprises 60-80 wt.% complex polyol, 0.5-2.5% amines catalyst, 2-4% foam stabilizer, 10-20% foaming agent, 8-15% flame retardant, and 5-8% modified graphene. The combination polyether and isocyanate are mixed in weight ratio of 1:1-1.05. The blowing agent is formulated from FEA-110, HFC-134a, and Greenmate in weigh ratio of 0.2-0.5:0.1-0.2:0.8-1.0. USE - Polyurethane heat-insulating plate. ADVANTAGE - The polyurethane heat-insulating plate has good mixing ratio, high efficiency, continuous production with stable quality and controls raw materials in the production process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for producing polyurethane heat-insulating plate, which involves: (A) mixing complex polyol and modified isocyanate and then putting into A and B storage tanks for mixing and stirring, and preheating; (B) injecting pretreated raw materials into mold cavity through foaming machine for 18-22 minutes and then pressing; and (C) removing movable platen, mold plate, and trimming product and drying to room temperature.
