USE - Preparation of boron carbide composite ceramic plate used for bullet-proof plug board (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of boron carbide composite ceramic plate having excellent fracture toughness by effectively promoting sintering and densification of boron carbide ceramics, and avoiding excessive growth of boron carbide ceramic grains at micro level. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of boron carbide composite ceramic plate involves selecting boron carbide powder with particle diameter (D50) of less than 3 mu m as raw material, and graphene material as a sintering aid, dissolving dispersing agent in water or alcohol, adding graphene material, subjecting to high-pressure homogenization process to disperse for 1-24 hours, obtaining graphene suspension in which graphene is uniformly dispersed, adding boron carbide powder and graphene suspension to a three-roll mill for mixing at slow-speed roller speed of 10-30 rpm and cyclic grinding of 5-8 times, adding base material with moderate moisture content to granulator, granulating to particle size of 5-100 mu m, drying at 100-110 degrees C, obtaining granulated powder, adding the granulated powder to a graphite mold with a prefabricated shape, heating to 1000 degrees C in vacuum at a rate of 10-20 degrees C/minute, heating to 2350 degrees C at a rate of 5-15 degrees C/minute, introducing nitrogen, heat-preserving for 10-30 minutes, then quickly cooling to 2200 degrees C, and heat-preserving for 1-1.5 hours. The dispersion contains 1-10 %mass graphene. The graphene sheet diameter (D90) in the graphene suspension is less than 1 mu m. The roller speed ratio of the slow-speed roller, medium-speed roller and fast-speed roller in the three-roll mill is 1:3:9. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for bullet-proof plug board, which comprises a waterproof layer, anti-cracking layer, a bullet-facing layer, a transition layer, a titanium alloy bullet-proof layer and a buffer layer. The bullet-facing layer is multi-curved plate made of the boron carbide composite ceramic plate.
