NOVELTY - Heat-conducting caulking material comprises 1-30 wt.% silicone rubber, 1-50 wt.% graphene/carbon nanotube composite material and 45-95 wt.% ceramic powder. USE - Used as heat-conducting caulking material. ADVANTAGE - The caulking material has high thermal conductivity, good biocompatibility and low viscosity, carbon nano tube is set with axial direction high thermal conductivity, is one of the three dimension high excellent heat guide material, using it as a guide hot filler, it overcomes orientation to guide hot access influence. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing heat-conducting caulking material, comprising (i) adding silicon rubber, graphite/carbon nano tube composite material, ceramic powder, coupling agent and solvent into stirrer, stirring uniformly for 10-120 minutes, (ii) rolling step (i) mixture and baking at 90-150 degrees C for 1-60 minutes.
