NOVELTY - Oil-resistant rubber core material includes 110-145 pts. wt. rubber matrix, 30-40 pts. wt. carbon black, 3-8 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent, 2-3 pts. wt. anti-aging agent, 2-3 pts. wt. accelerator, 3-5 pts. wt. plasticizer, 5-8 pts. wt. lubricant, and 3-8 pts. wt. heat-conducting material. USE - The oil-resistant rubber core material is used for preparing an oil-resistant rubber core, and used as a sealing element in a rotary blowout preventer (all claimed) used in pressure control drilling construction. The material is used for sulfur-containing oil-gas well, ocean platform under-balanced drilling and pressure-control drilling. ADVANTAGE - The oil-resistant rubber core material has excellent temperature resistance and wear resistance, and improved adaptability in the oil-based mud slurry, can resist corrosion of the oil based slurry to the rubber, and increases the safety of the operation construction. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: a preparation method of an oil-resistant rubber core material, comprising mixing the rubber matrix and heat-conducting material for 3-6 minutes, adding vulcanizing agent, anti-aging agent and accelerator, and banburying for 5-8 minutes, adding plasticizer, lubricant and carbon black, banburying for 5-8 minutes and then removing glue, thinning through the rubber material 8-10 times, exhausting 2-3 times and then removing the film, and after leaving the rubber material to stand for 16-20 hours, vulcanizing it to obtain an oil-resistant rubber core material; a method for preparing an oil-resistant rubber core, comprising putting the oil-resistant rubber core material into a mold, vulcanizing for 5.5-6.5 hours under the conditions of pressure 16-20 MPa and temperature of 150℃±3℃, to obtain an oil-resistant rubber core; and an oil-resistant rubber core comprising the oil-resistant rubber core.
