▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves spinning the layer of graphene oxide film (2) and layer of silver nanowire film (3) sequentially on the surface of the substrate (1) after the cleaning treatment, and performing heat treatment. The substrate is a soda lime glass substrate or a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) substrate. The ultrasonic cleaning sequentially uses a cleaning agent, acetone, isopropyl ethanol, and ion water cleaning, and the cleaning time is about ten minutes. The concentration of the silver nanowire solution used in the spin-coated silver nanowire film is 0.5 to 10 mg/ml. USE - Method for fabricating flexible transparent electrode. ADVANTAGE - The fabrication process is simple, the cost is low, and the prepared flexible transparent electrode has good performance. The electrical conductivity, and light transmission is good and mechanical and environmental stability is excellent.
