▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A hybrid ink composition used for transparent electrodes of displays, comprises graphene and metal nanowires. USE - Hybrid ink composition is used for transparent electrodes of device, such as displays e.g. LCDs, light emitting displays, organic light emitting displays, touch panels, and digital paper, and photovoltaic device e.g. solar cells (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The hybrid ink composition enables easy formation of transparent electrodes having improved surface roughness, electrical property, mechanical property, chemical stability, and electroconductivity, which solves illuminance problems of indium-tin oxide transparent electrode. The electrodes also have excellent flexibility, crack resistance, and transmittance over the entire surface. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for transparent electrode comprising a graphene-metal nanowire hybrid coating layer formed on a transparent substrate, or a transparent and flexible substrate, by using the hybrid ink composition.
