▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for in-situ polymerization of high thermal conductivity graphene/nylon material for spinning stage, involves diluting and dispersing the oxidized graphene concentrates in water, performing ultrasonic vibration to obtain oxidized graphene dispersion liquid, uniformly mixing the oxidized graphene dispersion liquid and the nylon monomer, introducing nitrogen gas into the mixture, uniformly stirring the mixture, heating the mixture at 190-210 degrees C for 1-2 hours, further heating the mixture at 250-300 degrees C for 6-7 hours, cooling the mixture and polymerizing the mixture. USE - The method is useful for in-situ polymerization of high thermal conductivity graphene/nylon material for spinning stage (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides good heat conductivity.
