▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene functionalized silk fiber comprises uniformly dispersing chitosan powder in acetic acid aqueous solution to obtain chitosan dispersion liquid, and then dispersing graphene oxide powder in water to prepare uniform graphene oxide aqueous solution. The chitosan dispersion and graphene oxide aqueous solution are mixed to obtain graphene oxide/chitosan dispersion. The reducing agent is mixed with graphene oxide/chitosan dispersion, and reacted to obtain reduced graphene oxide/chitosan dispersion to make silkworm cocoon into silk fiber. The silkworm cocoon is put into heating alkaline solution to remove sericin, washed and dried to prepare silk fiber, put silkworm cocoon into heating alkaline solution to remove sericin, soaked silk fiber in reduced graphene oxide/chitosan dispersion, and then washed and driedto obtain the graphene functionalized silk fiber. USE - Method for preparing graphene functionalized silk fiber. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene functionalized silk fiber, which has high tensile strength, high toughness, excellent conductivity, and excellent temperature response and deformation response function.
