NOVELTY - Method comprises (a) metal processing (a1) taking surfactant, trisodium phosphate, phosphate, borate, octyl phenol polyethylene ether, heating, stirring, mixing, and cooling to obtain degreasing agent, (a2) chemical degreasing by soaking the metal in the oil removing agent, (a3) ultrasonically cleaning of metal with alcohol, (a4) performing sand blasting treatment by using quartz sand at a sand blasting wind pressure, (b) mixing main coating materials including e.g. graphene powder and nano-pickaxe, (c) preparing auxiliary material antioxidant by taking e.g. diisooctyl diphenylamine and o-diphenol, mixing and stirring, (d) preparing auxiliary materials-bacterial agent by taking e.g. sodium cocoate and limonene, stirring, adding ethylene glycol salicylate and hydroxyethyl methacrylate, mixing, heating, (e) mixing coating main material and auxiliary materials, adding auxiliary material antioxidant, ball milling to crush and granulating, and (f) spraying powder, heating and cooling. USE - The method is useful for metal surface coating. ADVANTAGE - The method: ensures good processing effect of metal surface; ensures clean metal surface; prevents the metal surface stain from polluting the coating; improves the oxidation resistance of the coating itself; improves the service life of the cutter metal; can avoid the bacterial pollution; improves the cleanness of the coating and improves the use quality of the metal. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Metal surface coating comprises (a) metal processing (a1) taking surfactant, trisodium phosphate, phosphate, borate, octyl phenol polyethylene ether, heating to 60-80degrees Celsius, stirring for 1-2 hours and mixing, and cooling to obtain the degreasing agent, (a2) chemical degreasing by soaking the metal in the oil removing agent and removing oil at room temperature for 5-8 minutes, (a3) ultrasonically cleaning of metal with alcohol, ultrasonically treating for 15-20 minutes, and allowing to stand for 2-3 hours at room temperature, (a4) performing sand blasting treatment by using quartz sand at a sand blasting wind pressure of 0.3 MPa, compressed air blowing and sand blasting surface for 8 minutes, (b) mixing the main coating materials including graphene powder, quartz stone powder, porous metal aluminum powder, titanium dioxide, nano-pickaxe as the main material of the coating, mixing and ball milling at a rate of 300-400 revolutions/minute for 5-8 hours, (c) preparing auxiliary material antioxidant by taking diisooctyl diphenylamine, phenyl-alpha-naphthylamine, 2,6 di-tert-butylphenol, o-diphenol, warming to 40-60degrees Celsius, mixing and stirring for 1-2 hours, then adding urea imidazole dione, polydimethylsiloxane, polyquaternary ammonium salt, heating to 110-140degrees Celsius, stirring continuously for 2-3 hours and cooling, (d) preparing auxiliary materials-bacterial agent by taking sodium cocoate, trichloro-diphenyl urea, water, silver chloride and limonene, stirring at normal temperature, continuously adding ethylene glycol salicylate and hydroxyethyl methacrylate, mixing, heating and stirring to obtain the auxiliary materials-bacterial agent, (e) mixing coating main material and auxiliary materials, adding auxiliary material antioxidant to the prepared coating compound, mixing and stirring, heating and drying, then ball milling to crush and granulating to 10-15 nm powder and obtaining powder, and (f) spraying powder, placing the powder in a supersonic flame spraying equipment, spraying on metal, performing vacuum heat treatment of the coating after spraying, insulating, and cooling.
