NOVELTY - Graphene modified high-frequency porcelain abrasive includes 30-50 pts. wt. of high-frequency porcelain abrasive, 30-40 pts. wt. of graphene oxide solution, 1-5 pts. wt. of zirconia, 1-5 pts. wt. of silicon carbide, 10-20 pts. wt. of phosphate-based additives, 1-5 pts. wt. of brightener and 1-5 pts. wt. of binder. USE - Graphene modified high-frequency porcelain abrasive. ADVANTAGE - The graphene modified high-frequency porcelain abrasive improves the conventional high-frequency porcelain abrasive, and greatly improves the mechanical properties of the high-frequency porcelain abrasive, and the material is prevented from adhering to the surface of the high-frequency ceramic abrasive, and greatly improves the service life of the high-frequency ceramic abrasive. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene-modified high-frequency porcelain abrasives, which involves: (A) adding quantitative high-frequency ceramic abrasives, zirconia, and silicon carbide to the graphene oxide solution, heating to 50 degrees C, and stirring uniformly; (B) adding phosphate-based additives and brighteners and mixing uniformly; (C) filtering water to obtain graphene-modified high-frequency porcelain wet material; (D) adding the graphene-modified high-alumina porcelain wet material to the resin binder and filler, and stirring uniformly; and (E) obtaining the graphene-modified high-frequency porcelain abrasive by the hot-press forming process.
