▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene composite thin film material comprises two layers of high molecular transparent film which are provided with at least one layer of graphene layer, where the high-molecular transparent film and adjacent graphene layer are connected by photo-curing adhesive or heat-curable adhesives. USE - As graphene composite thin film material (claimed) used in organic light-emitting diode device packaging, medicine, food packaging application. ADVANTAGE - The graphene composite thin film material has improved flexibility and high transparency; has excellent oxygen barrier property; and has great practical and popularization value. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing graphene composite film material involving: (i) forming photocuring adhesive by mixing 50-80 pts.wt. photo-curing resin, 5-35 pts.wt. activated monomer, 0.5-5 pts. wt. photo-initiator together, stirring uniformity rear to remove air bubbles for further use, alternatively preparing hot-curing adhesive by mixing 1-30 wt.% multi-mercaptan, 50-95 wt.% conjugated diene polymer, 1-5 wt.% hot free radical initiator, and 1-5 wt.% functional monomer, stirring uniformity rear to remove air bubbles for further use; (ii) using gas phase deposition for growing large-area single-layer graphene; (iii) peeling off one side of the graphene layer of protective film, coating photo-curing adhesive or heat curable adhesive, and then the other piece of graphene layer side uncovering the protective film, and then pressurizing the side tightly adhered on the coated cured adhesive and can ensure no air bubble, curing adhesive layer; and (iv) removing the adhesive graphene layer or single-layer graphene layer from upper surface and lower surface of a protective film, coating photo-curing adhesive or heat curable adhesive, subjecting to activating treatment and the surface of pressurized high-molecular transparent film tightly adhered on the coated cured adhesive, so no air bubble, curing adhesive layer, and finally obtaining the graphene composite film material.
