NOVELTY - Preparing graphene fiber using air flow mesh comprises e.g. spraying the worm-type graphite oxide powder through the air jet to the surface of the air-laid nickel net through the negative pressure suction device, using mirror stainless steel membrane and the porous nickel-mesh double-sided grip, using pressure roller, pressing expanded graphite oxide worm powder into an oxidized graphite film, using a film slitter, cutting graphite oxide film into continuous graphite oxide fibers. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene fiber using air flow mesh (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, does not require follow-up treatment and impurity removal, economical. The fiber has good appearance and uniform internal structure and excellent mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene fiber using air flow mesh comprises (i) spraying the worm-type exfoliated graphite oxide powder through the air jet to the surface of the air-laid nickel net through the negative pressure suction device, using mirror stainless steel membrane and the porous nickel-mesh double-sided grip, using pressure roller, pressing worm-type exfoliated graphite oxide powder into an oxidized graphite film, (ii) using a film slitter at 10-240 m/s speed, cutting graphite oxide film into continuous graphite oxide fibers, (iii) twisting the continuous graphite oxide fibers using group of 1-10 nozzles through a jet nozzle, using laser beam through the nozzle at the end of the hole to the corresponding twist point position, converting the graphite oxide fibers into graphene fibers and (iv) using step (iii) graphene fiber output to winding forming device which directly made with the graphite fiber twist sub cylinder.
