NOVELTY - Targeted penetrating nano-diagnostic and treatment complex comprises GOMnO2 complex oxygen-generating carrier based on graphene oxide. The tumor-targeting homing penetrating peptide connected to the complex oxygen-generating carrier by chemical covalent linkage, THE photosensitizer connected to the complex oxygen-generating carrier through pi-pi stacking, hydrophobic force, hydrogen bonding or electrostatic interaction, where the GO-MnO2 complex oxygen-generating carrier based on graphene oxide is prepared by in-situ growth of MnO2 nanoparticles on the surface of graphene oxide through the modification of aminated cations. USE - The complex is useful for in situ oxygen production and sensitization of photodynamic effects of tumor (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing targeted penetrating nano-diagnostic and treatment complex, comprising (i) synthesizing GO-MnO2 complex oxygen-producing carrier to self-assemble or carry out amide reaction to GO and aminated polycation polymer, obtaining GO-poly-cation compound, adding potassium permanganate solution into the GO-poly-cation compound, reacting at room temperature for 12-36 hours to obtain the product, where the mass ratio of the polycation polymer to GO is 0.25: 1-2:1, and the mass ratio of GO to potassium permanganate is 1: 8-12, (ii) preparing targeting penetrating oxygen-producing nano complex carrier synthesis FITC-labeled thiolated tumor targeting homing penetrating peptide, where the mass ratio of GO-MnO2 complex oxygen-producing carrier, maleimide polyethylene glycol succinimide acetate and FITC-labeled thiolated tumor targeting homing penetrating peptide is 1:0.1-1:0.1-1, reacting at room temperature for 20-28 hours to obtain the product, and (iii) preparing targeted penetrating nano diagnosis and treatment compound, and selfassembling the photosensitizer and targeted penetrating oxygen generating nano complex carrier.
