NOVELTY - A method for preparing polyurethane-based friction material based on three-phase composite system involves stirring and blending graphene material, molybdenum disulfide and tungsten disulfide in a certain ratio to obtain a primary mixture, stirring and blending the primary mixture with preheated polyurethane prepolymer at 70-75℃ to obtain a secondary mixture, performing vacuum defoaming treatment, stirring and blending the secondary mixture with butanediol, performing vacuum defoaming treatment, and pouring, molding and curing to obtain the polyurethane-based friction material. The mass ratio of the graphene material, the molybdenum disulfide, the tungsten disulfide, the butylene glycol and the polyurethane prepolymer is (0.19-0.22):(0.04-0.36):(0.04-0.36):(13.0-13.4):(99-101). USE - The method is useful for preparing polyurethane-based friction material based on three-phase composite system. ADVANTAGE - Through the synergistic effect of the three-phase composite system, the polyurethane-based friction composite material has good friction and wear performance from low load to high load, and the preparation method is simple, the cost is low, and the stability is good.
