NOVELTY - A single crystal insulated substrate is manufactured by preparing single crystal insulated substrate, fixing graphene to substrate surface, positioning protein which has core particle on graphene at equal intervals by making protein outer diameter into pitch, removing protein, positioning core particle on graphene, cutting graphene, and forming graphene ribbon. USE - Manufacture of single crystal insulated substrate for electronic device. ADVANTAGE - Width of each graphene ribbon can be controlled. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for single crystal insulated substrate provided with graphene ribbon.
