ADVANTAGE - The graphene nanoribbon is economical and is manufactured by simple and easier method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene nanoribbon of formula (I), is new. R =1-12C linear alkyl; R , R =H or SiR R ; R , R =H, optionally branched 1-4C alkyl or phenyl;and n=1 or more. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: manufacture of graphene nanoribbon (I); and ilole compound of formula (II). n-Bu=n-butyl.
