NOVELTY - Composite film material comprises a multiple of mutually staggered thermal management functional layer and electromagnetic shielding layer functional layers. The thermal management functional layer comprises a mixture of thermoplastic polymer material, interface compatibilizer, phase change material and/or heat conducting filler mixture. The electromagnetic shielding layer comprises function thermoplastic polymer material, interface compatibilizer and conductive filler and/or a mixture of magnetic material. USE - Used as composite film material. ADVANTAGE - The composite film material: can satisfy the thermal management of the electronic device and the electromagnetic radiation-proof radiation pollution requirement and save energy; has high productivity; and is environmentally-friendly and suitable for large-scale production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing composite film material, comprising (i) taking multi-layer co-extrusion melt-blending extrusion equipment comprising at least two extruders communicates with a multi-layer co-extrusion die; (ii) adding each raw material in the thermal management functional layer into one of the extruders, and extruding to obtain the thermal management functional layer; (iii) adding the raw materials in the electromagnetic shielding functional layer into another extruder, and extruding to obtain the electromagnetic shielding functional layer; and (iv) co-extruding thermal management functional layer and the electromagnetic shielding functional layer through a multi-layer co-extrusion die.
