▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Continuous fiber bundle reinforced composite material comprises strip material layer, and upper film layer and lower film layer, which are arranged on upper and lower sides of strip material layer. The tape layer contains continuous fiber bundle, and the upper film layer and the lower film layer do not contain continuous fiber bundle. USE - Continuous fiber bundle reinforced composite material that is used for preparing photovoltaic module backplane material, automobile shell, battery shell, rail transit equipment shell, aircraft portion, aviation equipment portion, wind power blade, and helmet (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The ontinuous fiber bundle reinforced composite material does not need to add impregnating compound, the reinforcing material and the matrix resin have good compatibility, there is no problem of bad interface combination, it has good weather resistance and aging resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a continuous fiber bundle reinforced composite material, which involves: (a)preparing a belt layer raw material with specific ratio, extruding the belt layer raw material through a die head;(b)infiltrating, laminating the belt layer raw material and a continuous fiber bundle reinforced material to obtain a single-layer continuous fiber bundle reinforced composite material layer;(c) extruding the raw material of the upper film layer and the lower film layer which are prepared with specific proportion through a die head to obtain the upper film layer and the lower film layer;(d) cutting the single-layer continuous fiber bundle reinforced composite material layer and the upper and lower film layer with specific required size, or laminating, compounding, and hot-pressing the cut upper and lower film layers and the single-layer continuous fiber bundle reinforced composite material with specific condition that the glue sandwiched between adjacent layers of fiber bundles is 0-90degrees to obtain the multilayer continuous fiber bundle reinforced composite material.
