NOVELTY - Resin-modified composite material comprises 20-50 wt.% high performance material resin, 20-60 wt.% thermally conductive filler, 5-30 wt.% glass fiber, 0.1-2 wt.% surface treatment agent, 0.1-2 wt.% antioxidant, and 0-1 wt.%. nucleating agent, where the high-performance material resin is polyamide resin, aromatic polyurethane resin or polyphenylene sulfide resin; the polyamide resin has heat-resistant functional groups, can have the characteristics of amorphous materials, and contains long chains. USE - The resin-modified composite material used for hand molds and finger cot molds used for preparation of medicine, ceramic, stainless steel, or aluminum alloy material. ADVANTAGE - The resin-modified composite material: contains polyamide resin, which has heat-resistant functional groups; can have the characteristics of an amorphous material and contain long chains. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing resin modified composite material, comprising (i) mixing the components except glass fiber and surface treatment agent, and spray the surface treatment agent for pretreatment at the same time, then mixing evenly to obtain uniformly mixed material, (ii) adding homogeneous mixture into the twin-screw extruder, and the glass fiber enters from the glass fiber port of the twin-screw extruder, and (iii) using water tank to cool the strip and cut it to obtain a composite material.
