NOVELTY - Special long-life bearing comprises surface of bearing base used for the bearing sequentially provided with a co-penetration wear-resistant layer, a metal cladding layer and a ceramic cladding layer from the inside to the outside. The powder used in the metal cladding layer comprises tungsten carbide, titanium carbide, cobalt powder, tantalum nitride, titanium nitride, cerium powder, nitride aluminum, lead oxide, molybdenum powder, zirconium boride and carbon nanotubes. The powder used in the ceramic cladding layer comprises alumina, functional additives compound, cubic boron nitride, lead oxide, molybdenum powder, lanthanum powder, titanium boride, lanthanum hexaboride, boron nitride nanotubes and graphene, where the steel type used for bearing is GCr15. USE - The special long-life bearing is useful for high-power ground plows. ADVANTAGE - The special long-life bearing: effectively improves the wear resistance of the bearing, improves their anti-oxidation performance; and extends service life of the bearing.
