▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Ciliated graphene composite comprises a multiple of graphene cilia formed to be spaced apart from each other on the surface of the porous graphene structure. USE - The ciliated graphene composite is useful for triboelectric nano generator (claimed) in wearable electronic touch sensors, flexible touch pads, and human motion monitoring. ADVANTAGE - The ciliated graphene composite having graphene with a three-dimensional structure was fabricated using a laser-induced synthesis method capable of rapid, large-area synthesis and simultaneous synthesis and patterning; has high conductivity, thermal stability, and flexibility; and overcomes the processes of surface modification and chemical structure modification to increase triboelectric efficiency at once through a single-step synthesis process, thus reducing the manufacturing time. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing ciliated graphene composite, comprising irradiating a laser onto the graphene precursor material along a laser irradiation path, and forming a laser spot at an intersection of the laser irradiation path and the graphene precursor material; and (2) triboelectric nano generator comprising a triboelectric active layer containing ciliated graphene composite, and a counter material layer disposed to face the ciliated graphene composite.
