NOVELTY - Cartridge (1900) comprises a 1st sensor comprising a 1st graphene layer disposed on an underlying substrate, where the 1st graphene layer is functionalized with a 1st antibody, and a 2nd sensor comprising a 2nd graphene layer disposed on the underlying substrate. The 2nd graphene layer is functionalized with a 2nd antibody. The 1st antibody is different from the 2nd antibody. USE - The cartridge is useful for chemical analysis; and for detecting presence of at least one gluten protein in a food sample.
