▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An antibacterial filter material comprises 20-26 pts. wt. plant fibers, 5-9 pts. wt. rubber, 6-12 pts. wt. phenolic resin, 3-6 pts. wt. graphene, 2.5-5 pts. wt. bauxite, 8-14 pts. wt. shale, 2-6 pts. wt. silver nitrate, 0.5-1.2 pts. wt. yttrium oxide, 2-4 pts. wt. surfactant, 1-5 pts. wt. reducing agent, 3-8 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.5-2 pts. wt. nano titania and 3-5 pts. wt. aluminum nitride. USE - Antibacterial filter material is used in mask, air purifier and filter cartridges. ADVANTAGE - The filter material has uniform composition, excellent integrity and antibacterial effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the filter material, which involves mixing silver nitrate, reducing agent and plant fibers, adding the mixture with 4-8 times of water, stirring uniformly, maintaining the temperature of the resultant mixture at 60-80 degrees C for 3-5 hours, to obtain modified plant fibers, soaking bauxite and shale in 1.5-2 mol/L sodium hydroxide solution for 45-90 minutes, filtering and washing to neutral using deionized water, adding phenolic resin, uniformly stirring, heating, grinding for 25-40 minutes, cooling the resultant material to room temperature, filtering, drying, crushing to 120-150-mesh powder to obtain mixture (A), mixing rubber and aluminum nitride, heating until the rubber is completely melted, cooling to room temperature, adding graphene, crushing to 120-150 mesh, uniformly stirring to obtain mixture (B), uniformly mixing modified plant fibers, mixture (A), mixture (B), cerium oxide, surfactant, dispersant and nano titania, carrying out hydrothermal reaction at 150-200 degrees C for 8-15 hours, cooling to room temperature, drying, and extruding in a twin-screw extruder.
