NOVELTY - Preparation of bowl-shaped graphene/polypyrrole supercapacitor electrode material involves cutting commercial graphite sheet as an anode into ammonium persulfate electrolyte, providing graphite electrode as cathode, modifying cross-section of graphite fiber by applying voltage, obtaining three-dimensional graphene, washing with deionized water and anhydrous ethanol, drying, carrying out electrodeposition of pyrrole monomer and lithium perchlorate deposition electrolyte using three-dimensional graphene as a working electrode, platinum electrode as counter electrode, and saturated calomel electrode as reference electrode, uniformly growing layer of polypyrrole on surface of three-dimensional graphene to form a unique bowl-shaped structure, washing with anhydrous ethanol and deionized water, placing in a vacuum oven for drying, and cutting into any required size. USE - Preparation of bowl-shaped graphene/polypyrrole supercapacitor electrode material used for energy device of flexible microelectronic device. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of bowl-shaped graphene/polypyrrole supercapacitor electrode material having excellent capacity, rate characteristics, cycle characteristics, and electrochemical performance for long period of time, and improved volume expansion effect during charging and discharging. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for adjusting size and wall thickness of bowl of bowl-shaped graphene/polypyrrole supercapacitor electrode material.
