NOVELTY - Preparing a noble metal/graphene complex titanium dioxide photocatalyst comprises (S1) adding surfactant and precious metal salt or precious metal acid solution to the solvent in sequence, stirring evenly, adjusting pH to 7-10, then adding titanium dioxide powder and reducing agent, reacting at room temperature for 1-4 hours, and separating solid A, and (S2) adding the solid A prepared in step S1 and the graphene oxide powder to an aqueous ethanol solution and performing a hydrothermal reaction to obtain a precious metal/graphene complex titanium dioxide. USE - The photocatalyst is useful in air purification (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The photocatalyst has high photocatalytic efficiency.
