NOVELTY - Polyethylene film with antibacterial degradable function comprises 100 pts. wt. polyethylene (PE), 20-30 pts. wt. polyisobutene, 3-5 pts. wt. shell powder, 5-10 pts. wt. nano calcium carbonate, 1-3 pts. wt. graphene, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. phytic acid, 1-2 pts. wt. phenyl cage-typed silsesquioxane, 1-3 pts. wt. coupling agent, 2-4 pts. wt. processing auxiliary agent, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. composite antibacterial agent, 0.5-2 pts. wt. antioxidant, and 3 pts. wt. montmorillonite. USE - Polyethylene film with antibacterial degradable function. ADVANTAGE - The polyethylene film with antibacterial degradable function has cooperation effect, good compatibility, high strength, heat-resistance, high temperature resistance, good stability, not easy to age, strong antibacterial effect, aging resistance, good processing performance, simple technique, low cost and good ink adhesion and paint adhesion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing polyethylene film with antibacterial degradable function, which involves: (A) adding phytic acid and octaphenyl cage silsesquioxane to PE, polyisobutylene, shell powder, nano calcium carbonate, and graphene, stirring for 20-30 minutes at 80-100 degrees C for surface modification to obtain modified mixtures; (B) adding modified mixture, coupling agent, processing aid, compound antibacterial agent and antioxidant to the high mixing machine, and mixing at 80-100 degrees C for 10-20 minutes to obtain mixed material; and (C) feeding the mixture to a conical twin-screw extruder for extrusion and pelletization, and extruding film with a plastic film blower to obtain polyethylene film.
