NOVELTY - Condensation curable composition comprises condensation curable organopolysiloxane, silicone-imide crosslinker, condensation cure catalyst and additive. USE - Condensation curable composition used as article in aerospace device, electronic device, electronic component, automobile, insulation, coating, or solvent resistant membrane (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The condensation curable composition has excellent thermal stability, thermal conductivity, dimensional stability, adhesion, mechanical property, electrical property, low temperature flexibility, low dielectric constant, thermo-oxidative stability, hydrophobicity, chemical resistance, biocompatibility, flame retardancy and gas permeability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: 1. a cured silicone-imide material formed from condensation curable composition; and 2. an article, which comprises: substrate, where the silicone-imide composition is coated or adhered on a surface of the substrate.
