NOVELTY - The graphene composite film includes a material with enhanced electric conduction capacity. The electric conduction material is selected from graphite, metal or carbon nano-material. The metal is selected from silver, gold, platinum, palladium, copper, nickel or cobalt. A metal alloy nanowire is selected from a multi-carbon nano-tube. USE - Graphene composite film used during manufacturing of photoelectric device e.g. touch screen. ADVANTAGE - The bending property and flexibility of the composite film are improved, and the light transmission and electrical conductivity of the composite film are increased. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a graphene composite film preparation method.
