▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A lithium ferric manganese phosphate/graphene/carbon composite material comprises lithium ferric manganese phosphate (I), graphene and carbon layer comprising particles having particle size of less than 100 nm. USE - Lithium ferric manganese phosphate/graphene/carbon composite material is used for positive electrode of non-aqueous electrolyte electrochemical device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The lithium ferric manganese phosphate/graphene/carbon composite material having uniform particle size and high crystallinity, is manufactured by economical and environmentally-friendly process. The electrochemical device provided using the positive electrode containing the lithium ferric manganese phosphate/graphene/carbon composite material has high specific capacity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A lithium ferric manganese phosphate/graphene/carbon composite material comprises lithium ferric manganese phosphate of formula: LiFexMn1-xPO4 (I), where x is 0-1, graphene and carbon layer comprising particles having particle size of less than 100 nm. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of lithium ferric manganese phosphate/graphene/carbon composite material, which involves using lithium hydroxide, carbon-based material, lithium phosphate, manganese sulfate and iron sulfate; and (2) non-aqueous electrolyte electrochemical device, which comprises electrolyte, positive electrode film comprising lithium ferric manganese phosphate/graphene/carbon composite material, negative electrode film and separator.
