NOVELTY - Preparation of polymer ultrafiltration membrane involves mixing polyvinylidene fluoride, graphene dispersion liquid, pore-forming agent and N-methyl pyrrolidone, stirring for 5-7 hours at 60°C, leaving still for 6 hours, removing bubbles to obtain a membrane casting solution, cooling the casting solution to 20-25°C, placing on a glass plate, scraping out a uniform flat membrane, soaking the flat membrane in deionized water, changing water every 12 hours at room temperature, leaving still for 24 hours to obtain a base membrane, soaking the obtained base membrane in the modification solution at 60°C for 24 hours, taking out, washing with deionized water, and drying. USE - Preparation of polymer ultrafiltration membrane (claimed) for sewage treatment of separating, concentrating, purifying of biological products, pharmaceutical products, and used in food industries, end-treatment devices for blood treatment, wastewater treatment and ultrapure water production. ADVANTAGE - The modified graphene oxide is introduced into the ultrafiltration membrane after being treated, so the compatibility of the modified graphene oxide in the ultrafiltration membrane is improved, and the hydrophilicity of the ultrafiltration membrane is improved. The method provides polymer ultrafiltration membrane with anti-organic pollution performance and reduced agglomeration phenomenon.
