NOVELTY - Preparing graphene powder by photopolymerization comprises e.g. (i) selecting oxidized graphite powder or expandable graphite powder as raw material, (ii) tiling material in insulated container, (iii) providing irradiation lamp in heat preservation container, preset irradiation power density using light, irradiating raw material with irradiation distance and irradiation time to obtain expanded and peeled expanded graphene, (iv) placing expanded graphene in heating furnace, and (v) insulating, naturally cooling to room temperature to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene powder by photopolymerization (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method produces graphene powder in large amount and high efficiency, and energy consumption of the method is small. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene powder by photopolymerization comprises (i) selecting oxidized graphite powder or expandable graphite powder as raw material, (ii) tiling material in insulated container, (iii) providing irradiation lamp in heat preservation container, preset irradiation power density using light, irradiating raw material with irradiation distance and irradiation time to obtain expanded and peeled expanded graphene, (iv) placing expanded graphene in heating furnace, and then introducing inert gas into furnace to protect, heating expanded graphene in the heating furnace to set temperature to preset heating rate, and then press the set time to heat, and (v) insulating, naturally cooling to room temperature to obtain final product.
