▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - High oxygen barrier coating comprises 30-65 wt.% acrylate hard monomer, 5-20 wt.% acrylate soft monomer, 0.2-1.5 wt.% pre-crosslinking monomer, 5-25 wt.% post-crosslinking monomer and 0.01-15 wt.% functional substance. USE - Used as high oxygen barrier coating. ADVANTAGE - The barrier coating: has more uniform coating of the functional substance by the copolymer, and better filling effect of the functional substance on the copolymer. The method ensures that the filling of each functional substance is gap filling; and has better effect of blocking the diffusion channel of oxygen and prolonging the diffusion path of water vapor, and oxygen barrier performance of the coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing the barrier coating, comprising (1) combining acrylate hard monomer, acrylate soft monomer, pre-crosslinking monomer and post-crosslinking monomer, adding the initiator to the reaction vessel, and performing the constant temperature reaction for 4-8 hours, where the reaction temperature is 40-110degrees Celsius, (2) lowering to room temperature, taking out the solid matter in the reaction system, and grinding into powder after drying, (3) mixing and uniformly dispersing the powder and functional substances, and banburying, and (4) taking out the banburying product generated in the step (3) after cooling down, drying it and grinding it into powder, and dissolving it in solvent to obtain high oxygen barrier coating; and (2) coating method for high oxygen barrier coating, comprising adding curing agent to the high oxygen barrier coating before coating.
