NOVELTY - Electrochromic coating comprises 9-23 pts. wt. 3,5,5-trimethylhexyl acrylate prepolymer, 4-21 pts. wt. beta -carboxyethyl acrylate, 0.2-1 pts. wt. photoinitiator, 10-32 pts. wt. UV curing resin, 14-47 pts. wt. mixed liquid crystal, 0.2-1 pts. wt. spacer, 0.9-3.3 pts. wt. nano zinc oxide, and 0.4-1.2 pts. wt. graphene. USE - The coating is useful for effectively blocking UV radiation. ADVANTAGE - The electrochromic film has the advantages of effectively blocking ultraviolet rays and high temperature resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparation method of electrochromic coating, comprising (i) mixing 3,5,5-trimethylhexyl acrylate and acrylic monomers to obtain 3,5,5-trimethylhexyl acrylate prepolymer, (ii) adding nano-zinc oxide and graphene into 3,5,5-trimethylhexyl acrylate prepolymer, uniformly stirring, heating to 45-55 degrees C, adding photoinitiator and uniformly stirring, (iii) adding beta -carboxyethyl acrylate and UV curing resin into the mixture in (ii) and stirring, sequentially adding the mixed liquid crystals and spacer, and stirring and dispersing uniformly, so as to effectively block the UV electrochromic coating; (2) method for preparing an electrochromic film for effectively blocking UV radiation, comprising taking two rolls of conductive film, dropping the electrochromic coating uniformly between the two conductive films, and pressing together under a pressing force of 5-10 kgf/cm2, forming a compressed initial film, and UV curing of the laminated initial film; and (3) an electrochromic film for effectively blocking UV radiation, comprising electrochromic coating color layer and conductive film layer arranged on the upper surface and the lower surface of the electrochromic coating layer.
