NOVELTY - Preparing graphene modified flexible polyester involves obtaining graphene by physical exfoliation, and after multiple grinding, a graphene slurry with a particle size of 1mm is obtained, which is subjected to multiple washing, dehydration, drying, and vacuum purification to obatin graphene microplate with a particle size of 1mm. The graphene microchips are oxidized to get oxidized graphene. The oxidized graphene is mixed and emulsified with ethylene glycol, coupling agent, and emulsifier to obtain finely dispersed slurry containing graphene. The purified terephthalic acid is reacted with the finely dispersed slurry to obtain polyethylene terephthalate polyester. The ethylenediamine and sodium hydroxide are mixed to obtain a mixed solution, then placing the polyester in the mixed solution for processing, and obtain initial flexible polyester product after processing. USE - Method for preparing graphene modified flexible polyester. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene modified flexible polyester, which solves the problem of broken filaments and jams in the spinning process of the existing polyester fiber, and enhances the electrical conductivity of the entire polyester fiber, and provides a foundation for the popularization and application of smart devices. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The modified polyester initial product is put into graphene oxide for dipping, then taking it out for washing and drying, and obtaining flexible polyester.
