NOVELTY - Fluorescent printing ink composition comprises 60-80% fluorescent base ink, 5-15% quick-drying colloid connecting material, 3-5% quick-drying high light connecting material, 0.5-1.5% mineral oil, 0.1-1.5% manganese dry agent, 0.5-1.5% zirconium dry agent, 0.1-1% wax paste, 1-5% alkyd resin, 0.5-2% antioxidant, and 1-5% water ink balance auxiliary agent. The antioxidant comprises 15-30% dimethyl ketoxime, 25-35% peanut oil, 3-5% soy protein isolate, 1-3% azelaic acid, 3-5% isoamyl acetate, 3-5% graphene, 5-15% silicone oil, 4-9% palm oil, 2-4% liquid paraffin, and 3-5% tert-butanol. USE - Used as fluorescent printing ink composition. ADVANTAGE - The method solves the disadvantages of the existing fluorescent inks of poor anti-counterfeiting effect, low purity and slow drying, and can prevent the problem of environmental pollution caused by chemical degradation caused by the environment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for for preparing and drying fluorescent printing ink composition, comprising (i) mixing all the raw materials to obtain an oily solution mixture; (ii) adding alkyd resin into the oily solution mixture; (iii) stirring at 800-1000 revolutions/minute for 30-60 minutes using a stirrer to obtain a fluorescent color paste mixture; (iv) placing the fluorescent color paste mixture into a reaction kettle, sealing the reaction kettle, and placing in a constant temperature with a temperature of 150-200degrees Celsius; (v) placing in the constant temperature box for 60-70 minutes and immediately placing in the refrigerator at -5degrees Celsius; and (vi) allowing to stand for 60-120 minutes, placing into a reaction kettle, and keeping under the condition of 0.03-0.06 MPa for 30-60 minutes.
