NOVELTY - Graphene modified single component sealing glue comprises 20-40 pts. wt. methyl phenyl vinyl silicone base rubber, 50-70 pts. wt. methyl phenyl vinyl silicone oil, 2-4 pts. wt. copper chromium black, 20-40 pts. wt. 3000 meshes silicon micro powder, 0.5-1 pts. wt. dehydrating agent, 0.05-0.2 pts. wt. inhibitor, 0.5-1 pts. wt. platinum catalyst, 1-3 pts. wt. tackifier, 1-2 pts. wt. phenyl hydrogen containing silicone oil, 1-3 pts. wt. silicon rubber heat stabilizer and 0-1 pts. wt. graphene. The methyl phenyl vinyl silicon base rubber is composed of methyl phenyl vinyl silicone oil, gas phase silicon dioxide with specific surface area of 300 m2/g, hexamethyl disilazane, dimethyl diethoxy silane and aqueous based on the ratio of 60-65: 25-30: 6.5-7: 1.3-1.5: 1.3-1.5, uniformly mixing at 150-180℃ in the planet stirrer or kneader, vacuumizing and dehydrating to obtain the product. USE - The sealing glue is useful for bonding glass, metal and/or ceramic (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The sealing glue: has long high temperature resistance and oxidation resistance, strong bonding force to the glass and the ceramic. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: preparing graphene modified single component sealing glue comprising stirring state of the planetary stirrer, mixing the methyl phenyl vinyl silicon base rubber and methyl phenyl vinyl silicone oil uniformly, adding copper chromium black and 3000-mesh silicon micro powder, adding dehydrating agent, heating to 100-120℃, stirring and dehydrating for half an hour, cooling to room temperature, adding inhibitor, platinum catalyst, tackifier, phenyl hydrogen containing silicone oil, silicon rubber heat stabilizer, graphene, stirring uniformly, vacuum dehydrating and de-foaming, filling to obtain long-term high temperature graphene modified single component sealing glue, when using, coating the single component sealing glue on the construction work piece and vulcanizing at 230-260℃ for half an hour; and a microcrystalline glass assembly printed with heating ink. The microcrystalline glass component is a piece of microcrystalline glass printed with heating ink. The single component sealing glue is adhered with another piece of microcrystalline glass.
