NOVELTY - Enhancing adhesion of graphene heating coating to substrate comprises (i) roughening the surface of the substrate, where the roughness is controlled within 0.01-3 mu m, (ii) modification of the film-forming resin, adding hydrophilic groups, and heating and stirring treatment, and obtaining the modified film-forming resin, (iii) mixing and grinding the modified film-forming resin, conductive agent and auxiliary agent in a certain mass ratio to obtain a uniformly mixed slurry, (iv) coating the uniformly mixed slurry on the substrate roughened in step (i) to form a graphene conductive layer, and (v) using the 3M tape to test the adhesion between the cured coating and the substrate, and placing the 2M tape on the coating and pull it back and forth more than 10 times. USE - The method is useful for enhancing adhesion of graphene heating coating to substrate. ADVANTAGE - The method: is not easy to be damaged by external force; and has durable heating, and no failure in long-term application.
