NOVELTY - Preparing graphene involves mixing the carbonaceous raw material with organic solvent under stirring condition and subjecting to ozone oxidation treatment to obtain graphite oxide suspension. The obtained product is subjected to ultrasonic treatment or high pressure process to obtain graphene oxide suspension. The obtained product is added to the minerals, stirred and mixed into flocculent to obtain graphene oxide-mineral solution. The hydrazine hydrate added to obtained product, heated and reduced to obtain graphene-mineral mixture. USE - Method for preparing graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene in simple and eco-friendly manner, does not need to use chemical agents and no by-product, and has stable graphene sheet. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene involves mixing the carbonaceous raw material with organic solvent under stirring condition and subjecting to ozone oxidation treatment to obtain graphite oxide suspension. The obtained product is subjected to ultrasonic treatment or high pressure process to obtain graphene oxide suspension. The obtained product is added to the minerals, stirred and mixed into flocculent to obtain graphene oxide-mineral solution. The hydrazine hydrate added to obtained product, heated and reduced to obtain graphene-mineral mixture. The obtained mixture is allowed to stand in acid and washed with water. The obtained product is soaked with alkali and washed with water. The obtained product is filtered, washed and dried to obtain graphene.
