NOVELTY - High temperature-resistant motorcycle muffler sealing piece comprises 1.6-1.8 wt.% manganese, 1.3-1.5 wt.% graphene, 1.1-1.3 wt.% nickel, 1.1-1.3 wt.% calcium carbonate, 0.5-0.7 wt.% scandium, 0.5-0.7 wt.% hafnium, 0.4-0.6 wt.% vanadium, 0.3-0.5 wt.% rhenium, and iron and unavoidable impurities (balance amount). USE - Used as high temperature-resistant motorcycle muffler sealing piece. ADVANTAGE - The motorcycle muffler sealing piece: has improved weather resistance, strength and hardness, enhanced high-temperature performance, and increased service life (extended by 13-15%); and has no high- and low-temperature aging and corrosion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of the motorcycle muffler sealing piece, comprising (i) heating iron to 1300-1400 degrees C, preserving heat for 90-100 minutes, and reducing the temperature to 1000-1100 degrees C to obtain molten iron, (ii) adding graphene and calcium carbonate into the molten iron, and reacting at 1000-1100 degrees C for 20-30 minutes to obtain a primary mixture, (iii) cooling the primary mixture to 800-900 degrees C at a cooling speed of 2.2-2.4 degrees C /minute, then adding the remaining raw materials, keeping the temperature for 90-110 minutes, and naturally reducing the temperature to 200-300 degrees C to obtain a second mixture, (iv) heating the second mixture to 600-700 degrees C at a speed of 1.1-1.3 degrees C/minutes, keeping the temperature for 30-40 minutes, and continuously heating to 800-900 degrees C to obtain rewarmed mixture, (v) injecting the obtained mixture into a mold, cooling to 150-250 degrees C, and demolding to obtain sealing piece, and (vi) packing the obtained sealing piece.
