NOVELTY - Process for producing modified nylon yarn, involves (a) mixing 7-8 pts. wt. nylon chips, 2-4 pts. wt. graphene, 3-6 pts. wt. far-infrared ceramic powder, 6-9 pts. wt. antioxidants, 5-10 pts. wt. catalysts, and 8-12 pts. wt. dispersants, adding to a silo for processing, mixing, and melting to obtain a functional masterbatch, (b) feeding the functional masterbatch and 70-80 pts. wt. dried nylon chips into a twin-screw extruder for extruding, blending, spinning at 260-265 degrees C, performing oiling and winding, balanced stretching into nylon yarn, and (c) soaking the nylon yarn in graphene solution through a pressing roller to ensure full contact with the graphene, and drying the nylon yarn using a drying device to obtain the modified nylon yarn. USE - The process is useful for producing modified nylon yarn. ADVANTAGE - The process adopts simple preparation method, and the prepared nylon yarn has excellent use effect, excellent antistatic performance and warmth retention effect, and is convenient to use, safe and reliable.
