NOVELTY - Power generation device has a structure having an electrolyte and a pair of electrodes arranged on the structure, where at least one of pair of electrodes has a conductive hot melt layer containing a conductive filler and a thermoplastic resin. The structure having electrolyte is concrete or mortar. The conductive hot melt layer is arranged in a pattern on a sheet-like substrate. USE - The power generation device is used for forming battery in state of being easily and firmly adhered to structure containing electrolyte, such as material, such as stone, stainless steel, concrete, mortar, skin and wood. ADVANTAGE - The power generation device stably supplies power for long period of time.
