NOVELTY - Carbon fiber/phenolic resin prefabricated body, which is obtained by placing the dispersion containing carbon fiber and phenolic resin in a magnetic field and orienting after the carbon fiber and distributing along the direction of the magnetic induction line under the action of the magnetic field and obtaining the dispersion solvent by volatilizing. USE - The framework is useful for preparing heat conductive composite materials. The material is useful for preparing thermal conduction device, preferably, used as a thermal interface material or a high thermally conductive device substrate or housing (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The framework: is not affected by the viscosity of the matrix material and has low magnetic field strength. The material: is not limited by expensive superconducting magnet equipment and low-viscosity polymer matrix, so it is very strong and has excellent vertical thermal conductivity or in-plane thermal conductivity and has excellent application prospects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: preparing carbon fiber/phenolic resin prefabricated body comprising (1) dissolving the phenolic resin in the solvent, adding carbon fiber, dispersing the carbon fiber uniformly, forming carbon fiber dispersion liquid, (2) placing the carbon fiber dispersion liquid in parallel magnetic field environment, making the carbon fiber deflect in the settling process, directionally distributing along the magnetic induction direction and (3) applying vibration to the carbon fiber dispersion, naturally drying, volatilizing the solvent to obtain the carbon fiber/phenolic resin prefabricated body, preferably, in the step (3), the amplitude of the vibration is 0.3-3 mm, the frequency is 20-50 Hz and the time is 0.5-2minutes. a carbon fiber orientation framework, which is obtained by curing, carbonizing and graphite-treating the carbon fiber/phenolic resin carbon fiber/phenolic resin prefabricated body, preferably, the curing temperature at 150-200℃, the time is 1-5 hours and/or, the carbonization temperature at 600-1200℃, and the time is 0.5-3 hours, the graphitizing temperature is 2800-3000℃ and the time is 0.5-3 hours. a heat conducting composite material comprising 40-80 pts. wt. polymer fluid composition, 20-60 pts. wt. carbon fiber orientation framework. The polymer fluid composition is polymer matrix, solvent and heat conducting filler, preferably, the polymer fluid composition, the polymer matrix mass ratio is 30-100 wt.%, the mass ratio of the solvent is 70 wt.%, the mass ratio of the heat conducting filler is 40 wt.% and the viscosity of the polymer fluid composition is less than 20000 mPa-s; and preparing heat-conducting composite comprising casting the polymer fluid composition in the carbon fiber orientation framework, vacuum deforming, curing, surface polishing treatment to obtain the heat conducting composite material, preferably, the curing method is chemical cross-linking, solvent volatilizing or cooling and solidifying.
