▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves coating organic silica gel is coated to connecting point between metal wire and graphene for insulation. Non-functionalized three-dimensional sponge graphite electrode is formed after solidifying. Cobalt chloride and water, urea and water are added into reaction kettle and stirred uniformly. Glass sheet or quartz loaded with graphene sheet is reacted at 100-200 degrees c and washed with distilled water, and put into muffle furnace at 300-500 degrees c. Sheet is baked for 1-5 hours to form functionalized three-dimensional graphene electrode after drying in oven. USE - Preparing method for three-dimensional graphene electrode used for electrochemical biosensor for sensing dopamine and nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, glucose, uric, and ascorbic acid in blood plasma (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The electrochemical stability can be improved. The surface functional decoration can be simplified. The high-sensitivity electrochemical biosensor can be obtained for performing selective detection. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a graphical representation illustrating the preparing process of three-dimensional graphene electrode. (Drawing includes non-English language text)
