▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - All solid state battery comprises positive electrode active material particles containing carrier ions, negative electrode active material particles, solid electrolyte particles and graphene compounds, where the graphene compound fixes the negative electrode active material particles and during charging, carrier ions pass through the graphene compound and are taken into the negative electrode active material particles and the negative electrode active material particles and/or the positive electrode active material particles are fixed with graphene compounds. The battery comprises the positive electrode active material particles and first solid electrolyte particles wrapped with the first graphene compound, the negative electrode active material particles and second solid electrolyte particles wrapped with the second graphene compound and third solid electrolyte particles between the second graphene compound and the first graphene compound that overlap with each other. USE - As all solid state battery. ADVANTAGE - The battery suppresses the expansion or contraction of the negative electrode active material particles caused by charging/discharging, reduces interface resistance, enhances conductivity, does not hinder the movement of lithium ions between the positive electrode and the negative electrode during charging or discharging, has higher safety than conventional lithium-ion secondary battery, improves electrolyte leakage and deterioration due to alteration of the electrolyte, can suppress the occurrence of a short circuit or a micro short circuit between the positive electrode and the negative electrode, does not use a flammable organic solvent and is prepared at low manufacturing cost, with excellent productivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - All solid state battery comprises positive electrode active material particles containing carrier ions, negative electrode active material particles, solid electrolyte particles and graphene compounds, where the graphene compound fixes the negative electrode active material particles and during charging, carrier ions pass through the graphene compound and are taken into the negative electrode active material particles and the negative electrode active material particles and/or the positive electrode active material particles are fixed with graphene compounds. The battery comprises (i) at least part or all the positive electrode active material particles and first solid electrolyte particles wrapped with the first graphene compound, at least a part or all the negative electrode active material particles and second solid electrolyte particles wrapped with the second graphene compound and third solid electrolyte particles between the second graphene compound and the first graphene compound that overlap with each other or (ii) groups in which the positive electrode active material particles containing carrier ions and the first solid electrolyte particles are wrapped with a first graphene compound are adjacent to each other, the negative electrode active material particles and the second solid electrolyte particles are wrapped with the second graphene compound and third solid electrolyte particles between the second graphene compound overlapping the group of the first graphene compound.
