NOVELTY - Preparing graphene oxide reinforced styrene-butadiene rubber material comprises e.g. (a) dispersing 0.1-0.8 pts. wt. casein ultrasonically in ammonia solution to obtain ammonia solution of casein, pre-treating 1.5-3 pts. wt. graphene oxide, adding to chitosan aqueous solution with concentration of 8-12 mg/ml, stirring and mixing, adding ammonia solution of casein, and performing ultrasonic dispersion for 5 minutes to obtain casein-graphene oxide mixed liquid, (b) adding the casein-graphene oxide mixture obtained in the step (a) to 20-60 pts. wt. nitrile latex, stirring and mixing, adding calcium chloride solution with concentration of 8-14 wt.%, mixing, allowing to stand for 20 minutes and drying to obtain modified nitrile latex, (c) placing 100 pts. wt. styrene-butadiene rubber in an open mixer for plastic mixing to obtain plastic compound, and(d) mixing water, absolute ethanol and silane coupling agent at 50-65 degrees C for 3 minutes to obtain mixed solution. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene oxide reinforced styrene-butadiene rubber material. ADVANTAGE - The material: has excellent mechanical properties, high hardness, excellent tensile strength and tear strength, simple preparation method; is easy to operate, and suitable for large-scale processing and production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene oxide reinforced styrene-butadiene rubber material comprises (a) dispersing 0.1-0.8 pts. wt. casein ultrasonically in ammonia solution to obtain ammonia solution of casein, pre-treating 1.5-3 pts. wt. graphene oxide, adding to chitosan aqueous solution with concentration of 8-12 mg/ml, stirring and mixing, adding ammonia solution of casein, and performing ultrasonic dispersion for 5 minutes to obtain casein-graphene oxide mixed liquid, (b) adding the casein-graphene oxide mixture obtained in the step (a) to 20-60 pts. wt. nitrile latex, stirring and mixing, adding calcium chloride solution with concentration of 8-14 wt.%, mixing, allowing to stand for 20 minutes and drying to obtain modified nitrile latex, (c) placing 100 pts. wt. styrene-butadiene rubber in an open mixer for plastic mixing to obtain plastic compound, (d) mixing water, absolute ethanol and silane coupling agent at 50-65 degrees C for 3 minutes to obtain mixed solution, spraying the mixed liquid evenly on the surface of 2.5-6.5 pts. wt. boron nitride whiskers, and then drying to obtain modified boron nitride whiskers, (e) placing the modified nitrile latex obtained in the step (b), plasticized rubber obtained in the step (c) and the modified boron nitride whiskers obtained in the step (d) in an internal mixer, mixing for 3 minutes, adding 1.8-3.6 pts. wt. nano silica, 1.2-3.5 pts. wt. paraffin, 0.8-1.5 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 0.3-1.5 pts. wt. antioxidant, mixing and molding to obtain graphene oxide reinforced styrene butadiene rubber material. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene oxide reinforced styrene-butadiene rubber material prepared by above mentioned method.
