▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-based functional nano-silica comprises e.g. (i) preparing graphite oxide powder: using modified Hummers method to obtain bright yellow graphite oxide powder, (ii) preparing graphite oxide suspension and nano-silica suspension: graphite oxide powder through ultrasonic oscillations and dispersing in solvent to obtain yellow-brown graphene oxide suspension, nano-silica powder ultrasonically dispersing in solvent, (iii) preparing functionalized graphene oxide suspension, (iv) preparing aminated nano-silica suspension, and (v) preparing graphene-nano-silica hybrid material. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-based functional nano-silica (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, can solves the graphene sheets are stacked and serious reunion of nano-silica, and has potential application value. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene-based functional nano-silica comprises (i) preparing graphite oxide powder: using modified Hummers method to obtain bright yellow graphite oxide powder, (ii) preparing graphite oxide suspension and nano-silica suspension: taking resulting graphite oxide powder through ultrasonic oscillations and dispersing in a solvent to obtain yellow-brown graphene oxide suspension, while using nano-silica powder is ultrasonically dispersing in a solvent to obtain nano-silica suspension, (iii) preparing functionalized graphene oxide suspension: taking resulting graphite oxide suspension, adding active modifier, carrying out reaction under nitrogen environment, to obtain functionalized graphene oxide suspension, (iv) preparing aminated nano-silica suspension: taking nano-silica suspension obtained in the step (ii), and adding amino silane modifier into the reaction to obtain the aminated nano-silica suspension, and (v) preparing graphene-nano- silica hybrid material: first using functionalized graphene oxide suspension obtained in step (iii) and the aminated nano-silica suspension obtained in step (iv), uniformly mixing, allowing to natural sedimentation and washing to obtain yellow soil oxidation graphene nano-silicon dioxide hybrid material, using the hybrid material in solvent and dispersing, adding hydration hydrazine reduction, washing drying, to obtain a gray graphene-based functional nano silica.
