▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Detecting corn red and alcohol by electrochemical sensor, involves (a) preparing grapheme by reducing graphene oxide to graphene, (b) mixing a thionine solution and graphene solution ultrasonically to obtain a thionine-mixing graphite alkene solution, (c) establishing label-free electrochemical immunosensor, and drawing working curve for red corn and alcohol. USE - The method is useful for detecting corn red and alcohol in animal derived food extract. ADVANTAGE - The method has high sensitivity, can reach pg level within 1-2 times, and is simple, and rapid. The obtained results are automatically recorded by apparatus.
